Just a note to let you know why I started this site.

I have been a therapist for 34 years. When I work with clients, I am very practical. Through the years I noticed that sometimes people just need some well founded advice, information and direction to change the things they want in their life. This is what I want to do here. This is not therapy, just information from the latest research and my years of experience working with clients.

So you get the SAME information I give to clients, but not in a therapy format. Just down to earth, practical information to help you Go Down The Road and change the things you want in your life. (you can’t set on the couch, you have to get up and go down the road to create what you want:)

As we go along, I will be having Videos with a LOT of information that will help you change your relationships.

I just love doing this and it is really freeing to do this in this format. Quicker, faster and results that you can use right away.
